Seller and subscription information for GambitBlock Pro under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

- Support hours
- Weekdays, 09:00–17:00 Japan Standard Time, excluding Japanese public holidays. Messages received outside these hours are handled on the next business day.
- Service
- GambitBlock Pro, a paid subscription for additional controls and statistics in the GambitBlock Chrome extension.
- Price
- US$2.99 per month. The final price, currency, and any tax charged are displayed before payment.
- Additional charges
- Internet or mobile data charges are the customer's responsibility. A bank or card issuer may charge currency-conversion or cross-border fees.
- Payment methods and timing
- Payment methods available for the customer's location are shown in Stripe Checkout. The first payment is charged when the subscription is purchased. The subscription then renews and is charged monthly until canceled.
- Service delivery
- Pro access is normally enabled immediately after Stripe confirms successful payment and the GambitBlock account synchronizes. If access does not appear, refresh the account or extension and contact support.
- Cancellation
- Cancel from Manage billing on the GambitBlock account page or contact support. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Pro remains available through the paid billing period and cancellation does not refund charges already made.
- Refunds
- Charges are generally non-refundable after digital access begins, except where required by law or for a confirmed duplicate charge, billing error, or material failure to provide paid access. Contact support promptly. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- System requirements
- A supported version of Google Chrome, an internet connection for account and billing features, and a GambitBlock account are required for Pro. Browser updates, permissions, or service outages can affect operation.
